Gin & Basil Smash
Ingredients
50ml Foxdenton 48
25ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
10-12 Basil Leaves
Extra Basil to Garnish
Method
Muddle Basil in base of cocktail shaker.
Add remaining ingredients and shake thoroughly over ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with basil.
