Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We aim to use a 24 hour delivery service where possible and in general we aim to ship all orders on the same day if we receive them before 11pm GMT. If there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will contact you in advance to let you know. Our standard shipping is £5.95 on orders under £55 with free shipping on orders £55 and above. Please note that additional shipping costs may be added to orders with certain UK postcodes and that these orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Returns

We want you to enjoy all of our products every time you order from our website. However there may be occasions when the goods are not exactly what you wanted or expected. You can let us know either by email to accounts@foxdentonestate.co.uk or by calling 01280 824855 within fifteen (15) working days of receiving them. If you are returning goods to us, please get in touch and we will discuss the best possible way returning your goods.

Exchanges and Refunds

Unwanted goods, will be refunded to customers' Visa or Mastercard that was used to purchase the goods. Any damaged goods will be replaced in full by Foxdenton or a refund can be issued on the above terms. For more information please visit our Returns & Refunds policy.

Privacy

When providing information to Foxdenton Estate Company you consent to this information being used for purposes detailed in the Privacy Section of our Site.  Wherever possible, we shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation.  If at any time your details change or you would like us to cease from using your information for the purposes mentioned above, please contact accounts@foxdentonestate.co.uk

Competitions

All Foxdenton competitions are open to anyone based in the UK aged 18+. No purchase is necessary.

Mothers Day Competition is run alongside Bunches - Prize can only be delivered to addresses within the UK. The prize is subject to availability and Bunches.co.uk reserves the right to change the prize to something of a similar value without notice if circumstances beyond our control require it to do so. Bouquets will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class post. No cash alternative available and the prize is non-transferrable. The promoter is Bunches Florapost, 19 Hazelford Way, Newstead Village, Nottinghamshire, NG15 0DQ. Your personal data will be treated in confidence by Bunches Florapost Ltd and will not be disclosed to any other parties for their marketing purposes.

International

Private Orders

Unfortunately we are unable to send our Gin internationally at this time.

Wholesale - EXPORT
