Returns

We want you to enjoy all of our products every time you order from our website. However there may be occasions when the goods are not exactly what you wanted or expected. You can let us know either by email to accounts@foxdentonestate.co.uk or by calling 01280 824855 within fifteen (15) working days of receiving them. If you are returning goods to us, please get in touch and we will discuss the best possible way returning your goods.

Exchanges and Refunds

Unwanted goods, will be refunded to customers' Visa or Mastercard that was used to purchase the goods. Any damaged goods will be replaced in full by Foxdenton or a refund can be issued back to the cardholder.
