Ingredients 

  • 50cl Foxdenton Lemon & Cucumber

  • (Optional - 100ml Foxdenton 48)

  • Elderflower Cordial

  • Soda / Lemonade / Tonic

  • Lemons, Cucumber & Basil to garnish

  • Ice to serve

Method

  1. Add lemons, cucumber and basil to pitcher

  2. Add Lemon & Cucumber and Foxdenton 48 if using.

  3. Add ice to pitcher, top with soda, lemonade or tonic.

  4. Mix and pour into glasses.

  5. Enjoy!

Makes for a beautiful Summer G&T (Elderflower tonic works particularly well if to hand) simply garnished with a slice of Cucumber but if you are feeling bold try it in place of Rum for a very British take on a Mojito.
