Raspberry Collins
Ingredients
50ml Foxdenton Raspberry Gin Liqueur
12.5ml Simple Syrup
Handful of Raspberries
25ml Lemon Juice
Soda or Lemonade
Mint and Raspberries to garnish
Ice to serve
Method
Muddle some fresh raspberries in the bottom of a highball glass
Add Raspberry Gin, Syrup and Lemon Juice, stir to combine
Add ice to glass and top with soda or lemonade
