Ingredients 

  • 50ml Premium Vodka

  • 25ml Foxdenton Rhubarb Liqueur

  • Good Ginger Beer (Fever Tree makes a very good one)

  • Cubed Ice to mix

  • Crushed Ice to serve

  • Mint Leaves to Garnish & Dash of Bitters

Method

  1. Add Vodka, Rhubarb, Ginger Beer, and Cubed Ice to mixer.

  2. Stir a few times to mix and chill.

  3. Strain into a chilled brass cup (or a tall glass) filled with Crushed ice.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and a dash of Bitters.
