  • 25ml Foxdenton Rhubarb Gin

  • 25ml Foxdenton 48

  • Sprig of Rosemary

  • Squeeze of Lime

  • Premium Tonic Water (we use Fever Tree)

  • Ice to serve


  1. Lightly muddle Rosemary in base of Copa style glass.

  2. Add remaining Rhubarb, Foxdenton 48 and lime.

  3. Fill glass with ice and pour over the Tonic

  4. Enjoy!
