Rhubarb & Elderflower Sour

Ingredients 

  • 50ml Foxdenton 48 London Dry Gin
  • 75ml Foxdenton Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
  • 25ml Elderflower Cordial
  • 50ml Lime Juice
  • Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg white

Method

  1. Fill boston shaker with Gin, Rhubarb, Elderflower, Egg white and Lime Juice.
  2. Dry shake the ingredients vigourously.
  3. Add ice cubes and angostura bitters, shake again.
  4. Strain into a tall ice filled glass, garnish with Lime and a few shakes of angostura bitters.
