Rhubarb & Elderflower Sour
- 50ml Foxdenton 48 London Dry Gin
- 75ml Foxdenton Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
- 25ml Elderflower Cordial
- 50ml Lime Juice
- Angostura Bitters
- 1 Egg white
- Fill boston shaker with Gin, Rhubarb, Elderflower, Egg white and Lime Juice.
- Dry shake the ingredients vigourously.
- Add ice cubes and angostura bitters, shake again.
- Strain into a tall ice filled glass, garnish with Lime and a few shakes of angostura bitters.
