During the 1920’s Foxdenton Founder Major C.R.E Radclyffe would spend his summers on the French Riviera where he would often end an evening with his favourite dessert, Peach Melba. Created by Escoffier just a few years prior it featured the most delicately sweet peaches with raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Using this as our inspiration, we set about recreating the classic Peach Melba in Gin form. With a blend of white and yellow peaches and a hint of raspberry we have created a drink that evokes memories of summers on the Riviera….of blue skies and the crystal-clear Mediterranean Sea….. of a ripe peach, warm from the summer sun, picked directly from the tree.

Splash into a glass of fizz, top up with soda and mint or use in a Spritz for the ideal summer aperitivo!
