One winter an old friend of Foxdenton asked us for a favour – could we use our expertise in producing Fruit Liqueurs to produce a small batch of Sloe Whisky for them. Always keen to experiment we of course obliged and a few months later were very impressed with the results. It was clear that here was a product that would have serious market appeal but wondered if it made sense to have a Foxdenton Sloe Whisky.  After much deliberation (and many a bottle) it was agreed that the point of difference was pronounced enough that we ought to let our customers be the judge. We use a blend of three-year-old scotch to age our Sloes under the whisky for a further 12 months to create a brand-new product, four years in the making. We hope you agree that it was worth the wait…
