St George Elderflower Liqueur is our celebration of the English countryside at its most fleeting and beautiful. Inspired by the arrival of spring and the blossoming hedgerows that line lanes and fields across the country, this liqueur is crafted in honour of England’s patron saint and the enduring traditions he represents. Using handpicked elderflowers and our time-honoured methods, we have created a liqueur that captures the delicate floral character of the English season with elegance and restraint.

While elderflower liqueurs have become synonymous with continental aperitif culture, we wanted to create something unmistakably British in both style and spirit. Rooted in heritage yet refreshingly modern, St George Elderflower Liqueur balances delicacy with depth, offering a refined alternative that speaks of English gardens, village fêtes and long summer evenings. Whether enjoyed simply over ice, with sparkling wine, or as the defining ingredient in a Hugo Spritz, we hope it becomes part of your own seasonal traditions.

One winter an old friend of Foxdenton asked us for a favour – could we use our expertise in producing Fruit Liqueurs to produce a small batch of Sloe Whisky for them. Always keen to experiment we of course obliged and a few months later were very impressed with the results. It was clear that here was a product that would have serious market appeal but wondered if it made sense to have a Foxdenton Sloe Whisky.  After much deliberation (and many a bottle) it was agreed that the point of difference was pronounced enough that we ought to let our customers be the judge. We use a blend of three-year-old whisky to age our Sloes under the whisky for a further 12 months to create a brand-new product, four years in the making. Barrel Aged Bramble & Blackthorn Gin Liqueur.

A true piece of history, the culmination of time, tradition and the finest craftmanship. Foxdenton’s second expression in the limited-edition Barrel-Aged series is a marriage of two liqueurs, one made with Blackberries (Bramble) and the other with the classic Sloe (Blackthorn). Individually aged for 12 months in a pair of retired Kentucky Bourbon casks before blending to create an intensely unique, complex and lightly smoky gin liqueur.
